个人简介
张佩琼女士是一名特许工料测量师，在建筑行业拥有超过 37 年的经验。
毕业后她曾短暂在利比测量师行工作，其后在香港领先的建筑公司金门建筑有限公司担任工料测量师超过 17 年。
她于 2005 年加入威宁谢香港有限公司（现为凯谛思）担任团队负责人，并于 2018 年晋升为助理董事。她曾负责为香港和中华人民共和国（中国）的多个项目提供工料测量服务，包括综合开发项目、酒店、办公楼、住宅发展项目和学校。 除了监督团队成员在合同前和合同后服务中为客户和其他方提供高质量的服务外，她的职责还包括索赔管理、争议咨询和项目成本管理。
她于 2022 年中从凯谛思退休后，加入立齐咨询有限公司为助理总监。
Introduction
Miranda Cheung is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 37 years of experience in the construction industry.
She worked as a quantity surveyor for Gammon Construction Limited, a leading construction company in Hong Kong, for 17+ years after working briefly for Levett and Bailey after graduation.
She joined Langdon & Seah (now Arcadis) as a Team Leader in 2005 and was promoted to Associate Director in 2018. She has been responsible for the provision of quantity surveying services on many projects including comprehensive developments, hotels, offices, residential developments and schools in both Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China (PRC). Apart from supervising team members to provide high quality service for clients and other parties on both pre and post contract services, her duties also include claims management, dispute advisory and cost management of the projects.
She retired from Arcadis in mid-2022 and joined LESK Solutions Co. Limited as an Associate.
